Thank you for shopping with Sage Digital Templates.

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
All sales of digital products are final. Because our spreadsheets and templates are delivered instantly as digital downloads and cannot be returned in their original state once accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

EXCEPTIONS — WE WILL ALWAYS HELP IF
• You did not receive your download link or files
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
• You were charged twice for the same order
• You purchased the wrong template by mistake and have NOT yet downloaded the file

If any of the above applies to your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at the email address listed on our Contact page. We will resend, replace, or refund as appropriate.

PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Our templates are tested in Microsoft Excel (desktop and Microsoft 365) and Google Sheets. We cannot offer refunds for compatibility issues with non-supported software (older Excel versions, OpenOffice, Apple Numbers, etc.). Compatibility is listed clearly on each product page before purchase.
